Supporting the team

Southampton Football Club are an established Premier League side, and an original founding league member to boot. Adopting the position of ‘challenger’ brand, they refreshed their identity in 2019 with a new era firmly in sight.

Assuming the role of the creative midfielder, we provide on going support for their star-studded marketing team, getting stuck into every job that comes our way. The range of output — from stadium supergraphics to sales campaigns – plays to our strengths as an agency, and our tactical approach better enables the team in its bid to challenge the elite.

The players’ tunnel is one of the most prestigious areas within the stadium.

In 2019 we were asked to design a new set of wall graphics for the upcoming season. Our solution acted as a rally cry for the players in the moments leading up to kick-off.

For the 2019/20 season, we were asked to create the club’s kit launch campaign identity.

Given the theme of ‘festival’, to align with the advertising creative, we mimicked The Saints’ famous red and white stripes with bold typo-graphics; pairing these with an offbeat, reportage photographic style, inspired by festival snaps.

Ever since signing with the club in 2018 we’ve embraced the challenge of building ‘The Saints’ brand, helping to deliver results season after season.
